California Citrus State Historic Park

Visit California Citrus State Park in your roomy Ford Explorer if you want an educational and relaxing afternoon outdoors. With its spacious 3-row interior, everyone can spread out and enjoy the trip to the park, which is right in Riverside. With the Explorer’s twin-panel panoramic moonroof, you’ll be able to take in all of the natural beauty surrounding you on your way. Once you arrive, the 400-acre park is home to a variety of citrus groves that provide stunning views.

With amazing lemon groves and blood oranges you can pick and eat right off the tree, California Citrus State Historic Park is a great option if you’re looking for a relaxing day trip. And if you’re a history buff, you’ll love the park because there’s a museum with plenty of local history and information about California’s citrus industry. Rancho Jurupa Park

The onsite Ameal Moore Nature Center offers informational talks and hikes into the park. Over 100 plant and animal species in the park are classified as rare or endangered.
