I already did In my lifetime I have gotten four to five new cars and I do mean new cars and I really hated it. So going to Kevin and dealing with him. It was so smooth and easy. I couldn't. I can't say anymore. It was great. I would go back to next time again if I had to and I will also tell my friends about him because like I said he was it was very enjoyable to sit down. Talk with him and him explain everything to us. And I really appreciate that. He helped us a lot with our new car

Leased a new 2026 Mach-e last Sunday 09/06/2026 at Fritts Ford at Riverside. Called ahead on 09/09/2026 to make appointment to have the front license plate bracket installed. The lady at sales department who answered the phone said no need for an appointment, just drive the car to them on Saturday and someone will do it for us before 12 pm. Came back today 09/13/2026 at 11:30am to install the front license plate bracket. The sales manager said someone is coming. We waited for a while and nobody came. So we talked to the sales manager again and this time he told us to drive to the service department instead. We then drove to the service department and the staff there said they don’t have a drill or the tool to install the license plate bracket. He said they only do oil change. My husband asked to talk to the service department manager and this guy said he is the manager. I cannot believe service department does not have tools!!! We went back to the sales department and the sales Jacob who leased us the car just stood there doing nothing, not even a “sorry”. We drove 50 miles here for nothing!!! That sales lady on the phone should not give us the wrong information in the first place. She needs to transfer the call to someone who knows. She just made up information to mislead people. The sales department and the service department keep throwing the ball back and forth to each other and are all indifferent and not helping us at all. We drove away angry. No more dealing with this awful dealer. Good luck to anyone who wants to get a new car at this Fritts Ford dealer at Riverside. You will not get your front license bracket installed because they don’t have tools. They are only nice to you when they get a deal from you. Horrible after sale service. Jacob the 19 years old sales you need to steer clear and avoid him at all cost. He is not helpful and turns cold and freeze when problem arise. He just stood there turning his head away doing nothing. He totally zoned out. He doesn’t even have manners and not even say sorry for not being able to help us.

Kevin was super nice and helped get us a great deal. He also got us in and out super fast! Highly recommend him!

Steven was a great person to deal with. Not pushy, not at all a typical salesman. Very pleasant. I can't remember the name of the sale manager, but he too was a pleasure to deal with ????

Customer oriented, hardworking and friendly. Forgot the name of the Filipino sales who helped us from the moon and back to get us the best deal is highly recommended. Jacob who initially showed us the car we want is so young but very competent and did a great job. Very satisfied of both sales associates.

Very disappointed my oil cap was never put back in place, had my husband not noticed that the hood was not closing throughly to find out the oil cap was never put back.

Service department was really good attention to costumer, no complaints, but my F150 2025 with 7k miles it sucks, I regretted to buy it since failed on me at 75 miles per hour with the brake sistem
