Just bought a CPO Fusion Hybrid, car was clean and drove well, good as new. Kevin Caponera helped us, he's friendly and wasn't too salesy. We had options to choose from on the type of warranty we wanted which was nice. They weren't pushy with all the dealership add-one which was appreciated. And since we were pre-approved with SchoolsFirst and they're integrated, we did everything really quickly at the dealership. I was honestly shocked at quick it went once we decided to buy the car. Great experience overall!

I had a really good experience with the service department at Fritts Ford. Michael Bobby was my service advisor, and he was easy to work with. He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and gave me good advice on when certain maintenance should actually be done instead of trying to sell me services I didn't need right away. The whole process was simple. I dropped my truck off and used their complimentary vehicle drop off service afterward since I live nearby, which made things really convenient. I also found out they offer vehicle pick up when they have drivers available, which is a nice option to have. Communication was great from start to finish. I always knew what was going on with my truck, and they kept me updated without me having to chase anyone down. Paying was just as easy. Paula helped me with the payment, and I was able to pay through a secure link they sent by email or text, whichever was easier. Overall, it was a smooth, hassle free experience. If you're looking for a service department that communicates well and doesn't waste your time, I'd definitely recommend Fritts Ford.
