Leased a new 2026 Mach-e last Sunday 09/06/2026 at Fritts Ford at Riverside. Called ahead on 09/09/2026 to make appointment to have the front license plate bracket installed. The lady at sales department who answered the phone said no need for an appointment, just drive the car to them on Saturday and someone will do it for us before 12 pm.

Very disappointed my oil cap was never put back in place, had my husband not noticed that the hood was not closing throughly to find out the oil cap was never put back.

Service department was really good attention to costumer, no complaints, but my F150 2025 with 7k miles it sucks, I regretted to buy it since failed on me at 75 miles per hour with the brake sistem

I’m very happy that I was able to get the car that I wanted, and overall I’m excited about my purchase. However, my experience with Bryan, the salesman, could have been better. At times, he came across as a little too aggressive, and some of the comments he made felt somewhat insulting, even if that may not have been his intention. I also noticed that his attitude and approach seemed completely different whenever his sales manager was around, which made the experience feel a little uncomfortable.

Very professional team with clear communication. A great focus on customer service and they have a quality inventory that supported our needs. The business is also very clean. Kayla and Steven were our sales associates. Steven went above and beyond making sure we were taken care of. Adam and Brent were the managers we worked with. Both were fair, honest, and professional. Nick was the finance manager we worked with and he was great.

Fritts Ford has a wonderful system for checking in for service-from arrival to cashier check out. Simple pull in the service drive and an advisor comes out to greet you. If you have an appointment, they check who your advisor will be and that person comes out and gets you all set up. If you have a coupon, leave it with the advisor and walk away. customer service is really great. Took care of me as soon as I got in there were a little bit backed up with us to be expected. I got there a little bit late in the morning, but overall that took care of everything really great and they found something was wrong with my car so they fixed it. It was very straightforward. That’s what I like about it. They took care of it. I’d recommend it and I will come back again.

Just bought a CPO Fusion Hybrid, car was clean and drove well, good as new. Kevin Caponera helped us, he's friendly and wasn't too salesy. We had options to choose from on the type of warranty we wanted which was nice. They weren't pushy with all the dealership add-one which was appreciated. And since we were pre-approved with SchoolsFirst and they're integrated, we did everything really quickly at the dealership. I was honestly shocked at quick it went once we decided to buy the car. Great experience overall!

But what really impressed me, was the fact that they proactively highlighted another issue, which was covered under warranty and subsequently resolved it. Some services do not require an appointment just arrive early, such as routine maintenance. Service desk folk are very knowledgeable on Ford products.
